The brief to the Architects, Landscape Architects & Interior design team was to create an inner city terrace home that explored the benefits of city living within a modern interpretation of the classic terrace home.This team have excelled in their work, which has been brought into life as an exemplary example of what can be achieved in this prime city fringe locale.

The project architects at Judd Studio chose to recycle 10,000 bricks from the demolished 1952 Canberra cottage that was on site. The landscape architects from Spacelab worked their magic within the courtyards & common areas, which will flourish and grow to become private extensions of the living areas.

The team at The Department of Design have mixed Spotted Gum timber flooring with contemporary finishes & a high-level designer fit-off to create a desirable & functional interior space. A linear timber stair takes you up to the bedrooms or down to the secure 2 car garage. Cook up a storm in your kitchen fitted with a full suite of Bosch appliances, including a steam oven & built-in microwave. Level 1 overlooks the kitchen & living areas below. The entire floor is dedicated to the main bedroom & huge ensuite complete with a double basin vanity, lots of storage & a sumptuous bathtub.
