Sarah became part of the Independent North team in September 2024 and quickly found her stride in the dynamic world of real estate. Fresh from completing Year 12 in 2023, she brought with her a strong work ethic, a warm and approachable nature, and an eagerness to learn—qualities that have made her a valuable asset in a role where no two days are the same.

Now working alongside seasoned professionals Paul Corazza and Lukas Santinon as a member of this high-performing team, Sarah continues to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Her role provides hands-on insight into the industry, and she takes great pride in contributing to a team that champions honesty, professionalism, and putting clients first.

Before stepping into real estate, Sarah spent four years in the hospitality industry. This experience gave her a solid grounding in customer service—teaching her how to stay composed under pressure, communicate effectively, and build genuine connections. These skills now play a vital role in helping the team deliver seamless, well-organised campaigns.
