Our services

Accounting
Our accounting and tax specialists can help you with everything from your financial records, reports and bank accounts to invoices, levies, BAS and tax returns, budgets and reductions.
Repairs and Maintenance
We will initiate repairs and maintenance in consultation with the Executive Committee as soon as practically possible and in line with budgeting. After hours emergency repairs can be arranged upon notification through our after hours emergency phone contact.
Effective Meetings
As well as making sure meetings run efficiently, we will act as secretary at your Annual General Meetings and can attend your Executive Committee meetings.
Insurance
Our team of insurance specialists will assist you with policy valuations, obtaining new quotes, preparation of claims and lodging.
Arrears
Our team will action all outstanding levy arrears. We can also initiate debt collection action on behalf of the Owners’ Corporation under Executive Committee instruction.
Emergency Response
We aim to acknowledge all enquires within 48 hours and aim to resolve any issues as quickly as practical. Our afterhours emergency phone line is contactable from 7am-10pm on weekdays and 8am-10pm on weekends.
Administrative Support
As well as routinely communicating with the Executive Committee and unit owners, our administrative professionals maintain the corporate register and minute books and keep up to date files.
Owners Portal
Your Owners Portal log-in allows you to easily view financial records, meeting minutes, levy notices and other important documents online. The information available on the Owners Portal can be restricted to different levels in line with the Executive Committee’s preferences.
Legal Assistance
We will answer any questions relating to the rights and obligations of the Owners’ Corporation and individual unit owners, up to date with the latest legislation. We also assist the Owners’ Corporation in tribunal or court proceedings; briefing solicitors; drafting, amending or reviewing the rules; renewing leases or changing entitlements; and changing the lease purpose clause.

Your dedicated strata manager is part of an Effective Business Unit (EBU). This means there is more than one person familiar with your development. With us, your complex would have its own dedicated email address that is filtered through a ticketing software. This means you receive personalised and accountable service.
