Nicholas has been selling real estate throughout Canberra with Independent since 2012. Together with his business partner Mark Wolens, they have set a benchmark for client experience and have consistently been one of Canberra’s leading sales team. Together they have personally negotiated an average of 130 sale transactions per year and have received over 150 awards including Independent Top Sales Agents for 2013 and 2018.

Nicholas is a proud Canberran who has a strong affinity for the city where he was born and raised. Graduating from Marist College in 2008, he spent some time working and living abroad before returning to study law, with the plan to specialise in property. Preferring a more hands on role and looking to assist others straight away, Nicholas joined Independent and has never looked back.

Whether he’s being trusted to sell a much-loved family home, assisting with a first home buyers off the plan purchase or working with some of Canberra’s leading developers, Nicholas’ long-time experience within the industry and as a homeowner will ensure the process is successfully managed throughout with as little stress as possible.
