Andrew Nelson left school in 1977 and spent the first 6 years of his working life in the RAAF obtaining a trade as an instrument fitter at Wagga and then William Town near Newcastle.

Andrew was married in 1978 and moved back to Goulburn in 1983 to embark on a retail career that spanned over 30 years and was mostly based in the Canberra region. Passionate about real estate from a very young age and purchasing his first home at 19, Andrew could see the potential of fulfilling the great Australian dream. Over the following years he and his wife Robyn have developed their own property portfolio and private superfund.

Andrew Identified the opportunity to come on board with independent as a vehicle to pursue his enjoyment of delivering great customer service in a location very passionate to his heart.

Andrew has worked in the Woden office and has successfully completed over 250 sales and listing in the past 6 years. He has worked closely with First Home Buyers and Downsizers to help navigate them through the whole buying and selling process with a minimum of disruption and received many positive testimonials and sales awards to support his dedicated work ethics.
