Sean has a passion for meeting new people and establishing friendships from all walks of life; he understands the complexity that comes with buying or selling a property and that it can be a life changing decision.
Raised in a Defense Force family, Sean Vanholland lived all over Australia before settling in Canberra when he was 12. He attended Campbell High and St Edmunds College, where he took a great interest in playing AFL; earning him a first-grade contract with Queanbeyan Tigers and gaining recognition from the Sydney Swans Academy.
After a sporting injury setting back his AFL career, Sean took to construction, specifically the gas fields in Queensland, and then onto hospitality where he worked for nearly 10 years, finding his calling for customer service and enjoying working with people.
In real estate, Sean utilises his leadership skills learnt from a successful background in hospitality as well as working in the gas fields managing construction crews. He has an innate ability to adapt to the client's needs to better assist them with their property desires.
Whilst coming from a frontline customer service job previously, he knows the level of diligence that is needed to provide outstanding service, accompanied by an insatiable drive to see his clients succeed.
Since commencing his real estate career, Sean has been involved in both listing and selling property. He prides himself on providing a professional service with integrity. He always works in the best interests of his clients, assisting them to meet their desired property goals in the most cost-effective and efficient manner.
