services to a development, handling all administration of the property, contracts and other responsibilities for our clients.

Financial management is critical to the smooth and effective operation of a property, and at Independent Strata Management
we set the highest standards for the management of financial transactions. We can maintain bank accounts and handle all
invoices and transactions, keep financial records up to date and ensure that a property is 100% compliant with all
applicable regulations and taxes. We also prepare business activity statements (BAS) and tax returns for a property,
can follow up on outstanding levies (for a fee) and prepare annual budgets.
We will also take care of all of a buildings physical management and maintenance if a client wishes. This includes
providing services like janitorial, garbage removal and cleaning, supervision of gardeners and tradespeople, testing
security and fire safety measures, and ensuring all common areas and facilities such as pools, elevators, lobbies
and lifts are clean and safe.
Another vital service we provide is to organise and structure committee meetings to ensure that key relationships
are well-maintained and that things get done in a manner that is both timely and cordial. We can prepare the agenda
and papers for the annual general meeting (AGM), attend committee meetings on your behalf, or act as a meeting secretary.
